| There is the usual session of personal meditation practice starting at 10.30. Additionally there is the opportunity to receive explanation with Didi about your practice. Explanations can be given in the social area with personal practice as normal in the meditation room. The session will run until 12:30pm when we will take a break for lunch. | |||

| The meditation day starts at 7am and the practice of the day is whatever Diamond Way meditation you are doing at this time. The day is split into hourly sessions although if you haven't had much experience with meditation then it's fine to come along and sit for as long you feel comfortable to do so. For newer friends who haven't yet started a Diamond Way personal practice then meditating on the 16th Karmapa can be your meditation of the day. We aim to have a continuous meditation for the twelve hours so please try and fill the empty slots first and then feel free to fill as many as you wish. The final hour will be concluded with a guided 16th Karmapa meditation starting at 18.30. We will be having a BBQ afterwards at the centre and as always partners and family are very welcome. | |||

Dima Laperashvili will be the host teacher for the meditation retreat weekend. Dima is from Moscow and was asked by
Lama Ole to visit as many U.K. centres as possible on his tour, so he comes highly recommended. The retreat starts on Friday
8pm with the evening meal although we have the place from 4pm so feel free to arrive early. This is a beautiful location so you
are welcome to make the most of it and perhaps go for a walk or get some extra meditation time in before the retreat starts. The fully inclusive cost for the weekend is £48.00 per head and covers accommodation, food and travelling costs for the teacher. Anyone who wishes to come just for the retreat day on Saturday, the fully inclusive cost will be £16. The retreat day starts for 8.30 with breakfast and finishes after the evening meal although if you wish to stay for the evening talk you will be very welcome. | |||
